At least 50% of the people joining this program do not know what their next perfect role is. And of those who do know, many of them change their plans once they complete the first two stages of the programme. The two steps in the programme - Reflect and Refine - help you work out what the right next move is for you and then write a plan to secure the role. So do not worry if you don’t know what your next perfect role is - we’ll help you with that.

The Creative Career Level Up is not a one-size-fits-all programme. It is designed to suit the goals and objectives of the individual. And depending on where you are in your career and what you are looking to achieve, the time it takes to secure that next perfect role will vary. However, we always recommend giving yourself a 6-month runway to find your next perfect role - so that you are able to PICK the role you want, instead of having to take whatever is available.

Absolutely NOT! The majority of people we see who are struggling to get jobs simply lack the skills of job-hunting and the support. Once clients join this programme and equip themselves with all the knowledge, support and strategies for job-hunting, they are able to secure roles with no extra education.

Absolutely. The programme is predominately 1-2-1 work with Steph. You get access to our twice weekly support calls which happen every Monday and Thursday as well as 1-2-1 sessions with Steph. The interaction in all of these sessions is 1-2-1 and you will find you get a lot of 1-2-1 access to Steph.

The programme is on-demand and self-paced so work though it at your own pace. However, it is broken up into 6 ‘weeks’ with a couple of hours of content each week. Therefore you should easily be able to complete the programme in 6 weeks. Having said that, the programme is action based. ie you will start taking action towards your next perfect role from day 1. So you will start to see results and momentum straight away.

Once you have completed the online content, you will continue to work with Steph and our community until you get to where you want to go!

You sure do! As part of the programme you get a CV/Resume Analysis where we provide specific feedback on your CV that you can action. Plus we have two whole modules on CV and Cover Letter writing.

The programme is on-demand and self-paced, so you can start at any time. Having said that, places do get over-subscribed so the earlier you join the better. If the programme is over-subscribed we will set up a Waiting List for clients to join when spots free up.

It is designed to work with your own goals and objectives. And because you are working closely with Steph, the programme is tailored to what you need to get out of it. Therefore it doesn’t matter where you are in your career - we will help you get the results you are looking for.

Yes. We want to make this programme as accessible as possible to those who need it. Therefore we do offer the chance to pay the cost of the programme off over time. Please ask about this on your introductory Strategy Session.
