When I started my Creative Career Level Up programme almost 3 years ago, I was constantly analysing my clients successes, trying to see if there were any similarities between those who have massive career success and those who don’t.

They aren’t afraid to ask for help.

Every single person I’ve seen achieve the goals they set for themselves, weren't afraid to ask for help. In fact, I would say these people ask for help almost CONSTANTLY.

Whether they are reaching out to people in their network, people in our community or to me directly, they are always looking for the help of others to give them that competitive edge to get them where they want to go.

It’s not easy to ask for help. 

You have to be pretty humble to admit you don’t know everything. And for some people that is too hard. They would rather pretend they don’t need other peoples help.

But from my experience, you will always achieve more as part of a team, with the support of others, than you will ever achieve on your own. 

Doing stuff solo is much harder and more frustrating and never gets you to results that reach your full potential.

But when you reach out and ask for help, you very quickly move towards your goals, as the people around you lift and carry you. Their knowledge becomes your knowledge and success starts to happen.

Never be too big to ask for help. It is much easier to do than you think.

If you can get into the habit of always asking for help, you will be shocked by how much this opens up your world and how quickly the success you crave will come your way.
