Everyone loves a new year. Fresh start. New Year, New You and all that jazz!
If you are anything like me, you’ll be looking to set a few goals for the year that you will (hopefully) be able to celebrate when New Years Eve 2023 rolls around.
But ‘goal setting’ isn’t something that comes naturally to everyone.
And believe it or not, everyone does it differently!
